You may cancel your Preferred Buyer Enrollment if you do not feel that I am
doing all that I promised. You never have to be concerned about getting stuck in
a long-term commitment that isn’t working for you. You don’t have to worry
about any lengthy broker protection periods or cancellations fees that may
otherwise cost you thousands of dollars.

I will return your phone calls within forty eight hours during normal business
hours, or I will reduce my commission every time I don’t. Your time is
valuable. And you should always have access to your Realtor®.

I will update you on all activity concerning your escrow at least once every
week. I will give you all the new listings that meet your criteria at least
twice every week. I will update you on all final sales activity that affects the
purchase of your home every two weeks. I will reduce my commission every week
that you were not updated. Your peace of mind is worth the extra effort.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the service we provide you, I
will refund up to $250 to you at the close of escrow. You decide how much. You
