John relocated to the Klamath area for employment. He did not know the area at all, nor did he know many people either. Because of his new job and the travel involved with it, he had very limited time available to look for a home. Never the less, he signed up for my home finder service, drove by lots of homes and we fit in ‘house hunting’ when he was in town and when he had time available. When we finally did find something and went into contract, I handled all of the details for him since his job required most of his time. He did not have to worry about the little things, and he could concentrate on his job while I arranged for things to be completed for closing.
