John Nelsons was living in an apartment and desperate to get out on his own where he could have peace and quiet and plant and tend to flowers in the yard. He also had a fiancée who was going to be moving to the area and he wanted a nice place for the two of them to start out together. Since peace and quiet and the yard were important, those two things were the main focus when we were looking at houses. We found a great newer home with a nice private wooded backyard for under $100K, and John Nelson did not have to come up with more that $200 at closing since I helped in arrange for a ZERO down payment loan.
