If you would like to see the inside of our home, call 883-3421 & please press # and leave a message for us. We will return your call within 48 hours. We request that you view the outside of the home before the inside so make sure you drive by the home First.

In order to qualify to rent our home you will need to have a gross income per month of 3x the rent per month and no recent evictions. You will need to pay an applicant screening fee of $30 per adult occupant after you decide you want to rent the home. You will also need to pay the equivalent of two month’s rent for a security deposit. If you a clean credit report and application- we may allow you to sign a promissory note and break this deposit up into two or more payments. We run both court, criminal, & credit records checks.

Washer & Dryers are Available for $25 a month for a used set & $40-$50 per month for a newer set with a hand wash or delicate cycle.

Lawn care & snow removal can be provided on any home for an extra monthly fee.

We are accepting pets at this particular home, but only allow up to 95 pound animals. You will be required to pay a pet deposit of one month's equivalent to rent + $10.00 per every two animals on used flooring (carpet, vinyl, hardwood floors) or  pet deposit of two month's equivalent to rent + $10.00 per every two animals on new or like new flooring (carpet, vinyl, hardwood floors). Depending again on your credit information - we may allow you to sign a promissory note and make payments on this deposit &/or provide a qualified co-signer. Animals (puppies, kittens) under one year old require a pet deposit of two month's equivalent to rent + $10.00 per every two animals on used flooring or three month's equivalent to rent + $10.00 per every two animals on new flooring.

All deposits are 100 % refundable provided no damage occurs.

Applications are available by our mailbox at 2300 Biehn Street and must be filled out before we can make an appointment to show or you may call Toll Free 1-866-883-3421, enter ext. 4010 then press 07 to have one faxed to you. Please bring your current month’s paystub with you. We will go over your application to make sure you qualify and then we will schedule a time for you to preview the home. Our preview appt. times are available after an application is on file.

The first person is with their application, applicant screening fee of $30 per adult occupant, and has viewed the home & wants to rent it will be first in line for their application to be processed. Application processing times are usually 2 business days.

We are unable to return phone calls till an application in hand due to the overwhelming call volume and the demand for our homes & services.
