Clients for Life...

We were so excited when our new daughter Madeline arrived, but discovered quickly that you don’t just need room for the baby...you need room for all the stuff that a baby requires. Unfortunately, our apartment seemed to get smaller and smaller by the minute. We figured it would be quite a while before we could afford a home as it had taken all our savings just to prepare for Madeline. Then our parents Larry and Margie Roth referred us to Teresa. The best part is days later she found us the perfect home. Since it was a HUD home we were worried about how to bid on it. 

Teresa explained the whole process to us. Boy were we excited when Teresa told us we had won the bid. We just couldn’t believe it because we found out our friends had bid on the exact same home. We told them they should have used Teresa, but we are glad they didn’t because we love our home. The best part is we got into the home of our dreams for NO MONEY DOWN! Now we have plenty of room for Madeline and maybe one more...!
