Are you a first time buyer looking
for an Affordable Home in Klamath Falls or Klamath County? If so, you might
consider the "Dream Maker" program which not only provides loans to
purchase and professionally repair homes, but also $1500 for a down payment,
closing costs and prepaid assistance.
I am a participating Dream Maker
Realtor and Lender offering FHA 203K loans, Under this program one loan does it
all. Both the purchase and repairs can be financed under one loan. Homes must be
at least one year old and need a minimum of $5,000 in eligible repairs.
We also offer another program
called Nehemiah where the Seller contributes 4% to your down payment and closing
costs. A few restrictions apply.
