captures the calling phone number so that we can follow-up on all leads
related to your property. We also offer over 60 Special Reports and

to the market place 24 hours a day through your exclusive, personalized
recordings.

2. UGLY YELLOW SIGNS:
This is the best marketing tool we have ever used. We
place three yellow signs on your property all equipped with their own
personal mailbox code. The first sign is a "Home Info Sign"- prospects can
call our HOME AND LOAN FINDER HOTLINE 24 hours a day and access information
on your home and find out more about the
neighborhood- how many other homes have sold in
the same area and how many are currently listed. This is not normally
released information but it is public data and people who use our hotline
are impressed with the wealth of free information we give them. The second
sign is a "Terms Sign" and it shows prospects that there are Zero to 3% down
Loan programs available and it states a possible monthly payment at 8.5%
interest. This is an attention grabber. Most people do not know how little
they need to buy a home. When they see this sign they say "How do they do
that?" and then they call. The third sign is for a "Special Report"- I have
over 65 Reports to use. Right now I am offering via voice recording "5 Very
Powerful Buying Strategies". Our goal is provide prospects with more
information than anyone else and fabulous service so that they will feel
comfortable with calling us for more information. 81% of all Buyers will
call a free recorded message whereas only 8% will contact a real estate
agent directly- 1999 By Referral Only Survey.
The principle of multiple signs is that they are out of
the ordinary and consequently sneak under the consumer’s advertising radar.
In short, they get attention! We want buyers reading our signs and saying,
"WOW, how do they do that?" or "Holy Molely! I gotta know more about this
house!" The purpose of multiple signs is to penetrate the advertising armor
of the buyer and get them to take action and call on your home.
Yes, these are "ugly sings" (remember those absolutely
horrible commercials you’ve seen or heard on TV and radio, they were done

services). The sale must close for the costs to be reimbursed. This
service is valid for up to $150,000 Home. Higher valued homes can
negotiate a fair price per service.
