Due to the demand for these reports - we are offering a Free Home Loan Report that will give you insight into the different loans available based on what your price range is (price range is determined by your debt to income ratio and is one of the methods lenders determine how much you can borrow - we have set this report to 38% - the maximum conforming lenders allow). There are lenders that will allow you to go up to 50% or stated income and we do not strongly recommend these unless you just have to have the house or refinance as the interest rates are much higher than the conforming lenders. If you would like to have a report customized to your credit rating - Please follow this link to pay a your Tri-Bureau Credit Report so we can get your credit score from all three repositories (this costs $20 for all 3 or $8 for one bureau). This will also give you priority handling and allows us to put together a much more detailed report showing you exactly what types of loan programs you could qualify for. This will also allow us to see if there are any issues or problems we will need to clear up on your report as well. Lenders use your debt to income ratio and your credit score to determine if you can qualify for a loan - that is why become pre-approved is so important. Pre-qualified is just a number and none of your information has been verified. Many people have lost their dreams due to a reduction in what they can buy once their information has been verified. Please don't let add yourself to that list of disappointed home buyers.
